Bunk describes my road ride today.... I just never felt like I got my lungs open, felt like i was breathing through a straw.... Didn't do my worst time on the torrey pines climb (6:18) its my secend worse time.... but it wasn't for the effect 184 BPM (that was my HR when I did 5:37 in june....)
