I can haz Sick Workout?



So I am still sick, doc says take it easy... So no biking :(

So I walked a bit at lunch out and back up Saber Hill......

Hope to Ride in a few days... bad start to '08 :(

So I did 40 mins of one legs, damn those things are hard.... I mean I was doing little to no resistance and I was braking a sweat :( But after alot of clunking and skipping I finally got it right... If I can't work on fitness then I'll work on techique :)
