Well what a ride!!! def the 2nd best ride in SD (noble is number 1) Anderson Truck trail is the ride. We climbing up to the top of the first ridge the normal ride and then headed up another 1200 vert and 3 miles to the top of "world cup" This is where the serious DH in sd is! I optioned around the stunts huge 4-7 foot drops, def sick stuff the big hit would have been nice! but the IF was what I had. After world cup things got flowy and fun, then back down to the ATT and ripped that setion felt good in my decent skills on that section did a few little drops, hipped a few corners and manualed a woops... Great lunch ride! the snow from the nasty rains we got yesterday came down to 600' in some areas! (I live at 300') Snow capped mnts all in the background cool temps in the 60's sun was strong. First Ride at Mission Trails this year. Great ride, left on the up and up, didn't clear a whole lot of the climbs but it was technical not due to lungs. New ruts forming everywhere.... Hit up the hills behind my work for the first MTB of '08. Took it easy was a quick ride but I felt good, haven't ridden this trail since the rebiuld of the IF and either I'm fitter (doubtful) or the pedals, fork, and wheels made a big difference.... Well conditions did also as the ground was damp and not the standard dusty loose over hard pack I'm use to so that helped on the tech climb stuff. Good ride sunday pre super bowl ride GO pats!
