Good post work ride, doing alill catch up on the blog. I didn't feel that good but was ok on Torrey Pines and the traffic on the PCH due to the 5 closing due to some psycho ditching pipe bombs.... that made an interesting decent (people parked in traffic in the bike lane ect ect) but felt ok.
