Great casual lunch ride! we cruised out of work and right up to the Scripps Firehouse. I felt good from the start and was moving pretty good, went pretty hard up the first section and hid under some trees waiting for the guys. Up the next section I cruised easy tempo and hammered pretty well up the final part. We took an easy pace to the lake and around it. Down to Carrol canyon road and back to work. i love lunch rides. Activity
